Once you’ve had the opportunity to visit two of our monthly networking events, we hope you will decide that NOWIB is a membership you’d like to invest in for yourself and your business. What does membership cost?
NOWIB Membership for New Members: $175.
Same great benefits as our Annual Membership with the addition of a one-time application fee of $25.
Annual Membership Renewal is: $150/year
How do I become a leader?
Have you been a member and are wondering how to get more involved? The best path to leadership is to start out by joining one of our committees. Contact the President and learn more about how you can gain more from your membership and how you can serve others.
Can I speak at a NOWIB event?
As a member you get the opportunity to be a “Spotlight Speaker” at any of our 3 monthly networking group events. Contact the chairs of those events and let them know you’d like to sign up to speak!

Why Join
NOWIB
NOWIB is more than just a networking group; the Network has provided Indianapolis women in business with tools to succeed since the 1970s. NOWIB members support each other through meaningful business connections and professional development opportunities as each member strives for success. Our members come together to connect, learn, and grow.
Our philosophy is welcoming and non-competitive. Membership in NOWIB is not restricted to one person per industry or employment type (although we do ensure that the group does not get saturated in any particular industry). We do not require lead quotas and we do not have a policy against membership with other networking organizations. Instead, we encourage members to enhance and expand their network, foster meaningful partnerships with others, and help one another to grow and prosper.
The most valuable benefit of membership is the opportunity to form meaningful connections, learn and gain energizing support with other motivated, supportive, business-minded women interested in lifting each other up for success.
NOWIB’s Annual Membership offers access to several Networking Groups each month throughout the city including a Southside Lunch, Northside Lunch, and Broad Ripple Lunch. We also offer various special events throughout the year including cocktail hours, pop-up lunches, seminars, and our annual women’s conference, “Power & Purpose.”
In addition to our monthly networking groups, members receive discounts on Special Events, Member Events, and the Power & Purpose Conference. Members also get the opportunity to speak at any of the networking group events as well as a featured spotlight in our e-newsletter and our Facebook page. As a member, you have the ability to direct the course of the Network by participating on the board of directors while also strengthening your relationships with other NOWIB members.
NOWIB’s monthly events are really what sets us apart from other networking groups. We offer our members an opportunity to network throughout the Indy area with women from each area of the city. Our events are scheduled in advance and we have spotlight speakers at each event and of course, plenty of open networking time. Having numerous monthly opportunities to network really gives our members a chance to meet new people as well as network at a date, time, and location best for their busy schedules.
